Terms of Sale

Online retail orders are processed under MaterialSelect — a division of ContractorSelectFZC LLC's standard terms. Online prices include 5% UAE VAT. Online orders are payable in advance via Stripe (Visa / Mastercard).

Wholesale and credit-term orders are governed by a separate trade agreement signed between MaterialSelect and the trade account holder. Wholesale prices quoted are valid for 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

Title to goods passes on payment. Risk passes on delivery. All goods are sold subject to stock availability and our right to substitute equivalent material where the specified lot is exhausted.
