Delivery, returns & logistics.

UAE Delivery

We deliver UAE-wide using our in-house fleet of heavy trucks and trailers. Standard online orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days from order confirmation. Trade accounts receive priority dispatch.

Minimum Order & Delivery Charges

Online orders of AED 1,000 and above qualify for standard delivery. Orders under AED 1,000 incur an additional delivery charge, confirmed by our team based on your destination during the order verification call. You may also contact sales to arrange warehouse pickup for smaller quantities.

Order Processing & Confirmation

Online payments are accepted on the basis that stock will be verified after the transaction. Once payment is received, your order is marked Order Processing and our trade desk verifies availability against the live warehouse count. Within one business day we will either:

• Confirm your order and dispatch within 5–7 business days, or
• Share an updated lead time if any item is delayed — you may accept the new ETA or cancel for a full refund, or
• Cancel the order and refund your payment in full if any item cannot be sourced.

GCC & Re-Export

Consolidated container loads, documentation and freight forwarding to GCC, Africa, CIS and South Asian destinations. Our trade desk coordinates port logistics directly.

Damaged Goods & Returns

Inspect material on receipt. Any damage observed at the time of delivery must be flagged on the delivery note. We will exchange or credit at our discretion. Cut or processed material cannot be returned.
